UK Schools Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to schools located in the United Kingdom only.

  • Entrants must be an authorised representative of the school (e.g. teacher, administrator, or purchasing officer).

  • Employees of Core Leisure Limited t/a Cornilleau UK and their partners/household members are excluded from entering. Extended family members are eligible.

2. Promotion Period

  • The competition opens on 10/09/2025 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 31st October 2025.

3. Promoter Information

  • The promoter of this competition is Core Leisure Limited t/a Cornilleau UK, Unit 4 Lloyds Court, Manor Royal, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9QU.

4. How to Enter

To be entered into the draw, a school must:

  1. Download the Cornilleau UK Schools Price List during the promotion period.

  2. Provide a valid email address in the process.

  • Each school will automatically be entered once.

  • No purchase necessary.

  • No other entry methods are permitted.

5. Prize

  • One Cornilleau 500 Indoor Table Tennis Table.

  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Delivery will be arranged directly with the winning school.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be drawn at random on Friday 31st October 2025.

  • The winning school will be notified via email or phone within 3 working days.

  • The school must confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 working days. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected.

7. Delivery & Publicity

  • The prize will be delivered to the winning school following confirmation.

  • The winning school agrees to participate in publicity, including photographs and the publication of school name and county.

  • Schools may object to this publication at the point of acceptance.

8. Liability & General Rules

  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for any general loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the competition.

  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or to cancel or amend the competition without notice.

  • The competition is governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during the competition will be processed in accordance with the Cornilleau UK Privacy Policy.

  • Data will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties beyond agencies assisting with delivery of the competition.
